1. Know Your Body (Prakriti)
We are 5 elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space) mixing to form 3 Body Types:
VATA ๐จ
- Body: Thin, dry skin, cold.
- Issues: Bloating, Anxiety, Constipation, Joint pain (clicking), Osteoporosis.
- Mind: Creative, overthinking.
- Fix: Warm, cooked, oily foods (Ghee!).
PITTA ๐ฅ
- Body: Medium, sensitive skin, red eyes.
- Issues: Greying hair, Balding, Acidity, Anger, Eczema.
- Personality: Leaders, sharp, ambitious.
- Warning: They are addicted to Spicy/Sour foods (like alcoholics!).
- Fix: Cooling foods (Sabja, Cucumber, Coconut water). NO Chilli/Sour.
KAPHA ๐ง
- Body: Sturdy, thick bones, oily skin.
- Issues: Weight gain, Diabetes, PCOS, Lethargy, Tumors/Cysts.
- Mind: Calm, loving, stubborn.
- Fix: Spicy, light, dry foods.
2. Digestion Rules (The Campfire)
Imagine your stomach is a Campfire.
- ๐ Morning: Fire is low. Eat light & warm.
- ☀️ Noon (12-2 PM): Sun is at peak = Agni is highest! Eat your HEAVIEST meal now (Grains, Roti, Veg).
- ๐ Evening: Fire is dying. Eat soup/khichdi.
๐จ The Smoothie Mistake:
Drinking a cold smoothie at lunch is like pouring ICE WATER on a campfire. Digestion stops -> Toxin build-up!
Cooking = External Digestion. It saves energy for the Brain.
3. Emotions = Biology (Storage)

5. Dangerous Food Combos ☠️
NEVER Mix Milk With:
- Sour Fruits (Berries, Citrus): Causes curdling in stomach -> Skin diseases (Leucoderma, Eczema). (Bye bye Strawberry Shake!)
- Salt: No tea with samosa/salty biscuits. Causes water retention.
- Fish/Meat: Major toxin buildup.
✅ SAFE Milk Combos:
Sweet Mango, Avocado, Dates, Saffron, Turmeric.

1 Glass Hot Milk + 1 spoon Ghee at night.
